• Click “Add to Cart” to place the item in your shopping cart.

• Click on the cart icon or “View Cart” to see the items in your cart.

• Check the items for correctness (e.g., correct product, quantity).

• Update quantities or remove items if needed.

• Click “Proceed to Checkout” when you are ready to place your order.

• Fill in your shipping address (e.g., name, address, city, state, zip code, country).

• Wait for the confirmation page which will show your order number and details.

• Check your email for a confirmation email with the same information.

• After your order has been picked and packed we will send you a proforma with corrected stock, prices, and carriage costs.

• Please confirm everything is correct and you are satisfied

• Keep your phone available for the call from the customer service team.

• Provide the necessary payment details when contacted (e.g., credit card information).

• Verify the payment amount before completing the transaction over the phone.

• Thank you for ordering from us, you can now use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status with the shipping carrier. Or you can ring us up and we can chase up the couriers for you.
