Our 28 days return policy allows you to return items that you no longer need or have accidentally bought the wrong item. To ensure a seamless process, please make sure that the item is in its original condition.
In the case of faulty items, please see the separate section for more information.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund, which includes the cost of the item minus the original delivery fee and we may charge up to 20% restockage fee to cover our costs.
Please note, if you choose to reject the delivery before it arrives, we will still process your refund. However, we may charge up to 20% for a restock fee will be deducted from your refund.

We provide a trackable shipping method for high-value items to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Package your item securely and make sure it is in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
Please note that we cannot cover return postage costs if you have bought the wrong item or changed your mind.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund, which includes the cost of the item minus the shipping cost paid when the order was placed and a 20% restock fee to cover our costs.

How do I know you have received my return?
Once we’ve received your return and thoroughly inspected the goods, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund via email. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless and efficient as possible.

At Erith Horticulture, we understand that things can go wrong from time to time. If you have received a faulty item within the manufacturer’s warranty period, don’t worry, we’re here to help!
Here’s a simple process for getting your faulty item sorted:
1. Contact us first – we’re always ready to help you over the phone with a diagnosis!
2. If the item is obviously faulty, we’ll provide you with a DHL label to send it back, or arrange a pallet pick-up. The best part, we’ll cover the return postage cost for you!
3. If we need to do some investigation, we may ask you to send the item back to us at your own cost.
4. As soon as we receive the item, we’ll have it inspected. If it’s confirmed as faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund for the item and your postage (just provide us with proof of postage showing the amount).
It’s important to remember that, when you receive your delivery, please check all items carefully, and sign the consignment “DAMAGED”, and then within 24 hours let us know if any are damaged in transit. For electrical and electronic items, including lamps, we ask that you test them and let us know if there are any faults or damage within 24 hours of receiving them. If any items do not operate as expected, please do not try to repair it yourself as it may invalidate your warranty and incur additional costs.

In order for us to accept returns for a damaged item that occurred during delivery, it is necessary for you to have signed the consignment as
“DAMAGED”
If the consignment was not marked as damaged, we are unable to file a claim with the transport company, as you have signed it in good faith. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any damages.
We strongly advise that you thoroughly inspect all parcels and pallets before signing any documentation to ensure that any damages are identified and documented at the time of delivery.

We offer convenient delivery options for your order, provided by DHL, with a Next Day Service for all UK Mainland orders over £800 net. Just make sure your order is placed before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and weighs less than 25 KG.
Please note that while we aim to provide a hassle-free delivery experience, there may be some restrictions on the items we can deliver.
To check the list of restricted items, please visit DHL’s website. Also, if any unexpected fees arise during delivery, it is the responsibility of the remitter to cover those costs.

At Erith Horticulture, we take great care in making sure that every parcel and pallet that leaves our warehouse is packed professionally and securely to ensure it reaches its destination in the same condition it left. Our team of experts understand the importance of safe and efficient deliveries, and so every item is carefully and methodically packed with the right materials to prevent any damage during transit.
We use high-quality materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts and sturdy boxes to cushion and protect each item, and we also take into consideration the weight distribution of the parcel or pallet to ensure it is stable and secure. Our team also understands the importance of labelling each package correctly, so our customers can identify their order with ease.
In addition to packing each item individually, we also make sure that the pallet is secured with black shrink wrap and sturdy bands to ensure it stays in place during transportation.
