The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023
You may already be aware that the government is making changes to the requirements related to the supply of regulated explosives precursors and poisons.
From 1st October 2023, phosphoric acid at concentrations above 30% will become a regulated explosive precursor, and therefore possession, acquisition and use by members of the general public is prohibited unless the member of the general public holds a valid Home Office license.
